  The EHS-CCP program provides comprehensive services to support and enhance early learning environments.
• Smart Start: All Stars
  Our fee-based program providing before-school, after-school, and full-day care during holiday and summer breaks for children in grades K – 5.
• Smart Start: Preschool
  Our fee-based developmental program providing before-school, after-school, and full-day care during holiday and summer breaks for infants, toddlers and pre-K children.
